Denish C has added a photo to the pool:
A statue of the Buddha teaching at Nagadeepa Rajamaha Viharaya on Nainativu island across the Palk Bay off the Jaffna Peninsular in the far north of Sri Lanka. Nagadeepa is one of Sri Lanka’s 16 “Solosmasthana”, 16 places that Sri Lankan Buddhists believe were visited by the Buddha on Lanka more than 2,500 years ago.
For more about the Solosmasthana see this entry in Wikipedia: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Solosmasthana
